Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Company Background: ResQ is a SaaS-enabled marketplace designed to help fast-growing restaurants manage repairs and maintenance efficiently.
• Responsibilities: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building tools and applications for restaurant and vendor users, ensuring seamless connectivity to a trusted network of vendors.
• Technology Stack: ResQ operates on a distributed cloud architecture with a monolith written in Django/Python and front-end applications in React/React Native and Typescript. The platform utilizes S3, Postgres, Redis, and Cloudfront.
• Work Environment: ResQ fosters an office-first culture, with employees in the GTA office working in-office three days a week, choosing their work location for two days, and having the flexibility to work from outside Ontario for up to 60 days a year.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-6 years of experience building and maintaining a multi-tenant SaaS application.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MVC-like web frameworks, modern JavaScript front-end frameworks, and automated testing.

• Nice to Haves: Experience with GraphQL APIs and proficiency in Python, Typescript, React, and React Native.
