Remote Senior Software Engineer

Things you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating daily with the team to achieve goals.
• Providing feedback on roadmap direction and potential solutions.
• Breaking down work into small, shippable increments.
• Writing code for user-facing features with appropriate test coverage.
• Assisting others with code through PR reviews and pairing.
• Continuously evaluating and improving code, infrastructure, and processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering user-facing software in a cloud environment.
• A product mindset with examples of product thinking from first principles.
• Experience in designing and building APIs for client applications.
• Familiarity with LLMs and recent generative AI services.
• Experience in building UI components.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure concerns.
• Demonstrated ability to help less experienced colleagues progress.
• Practical experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups is preferred.
