Description:
- Allergan Data Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team focused on transforming the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie.
- The successful candidate will work on innovative technology platforms like Allē, which caters to millions of consumers, aesthetics providers, and colleagues in the US.
- Responsibilities include championing code quality, conducting design and code reviews, collaborating with key stakeholders, mentoring software engineers, and contributing to strategic software architecture decisions.
- The role requires at least 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, GraphQL, React.js, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, code testing, and DevOps tools.
- The ideal candidate should hold a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
Requirements:
- At least 6+ years as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, GraphQL, React.js.
- Experience with Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with code testing and DevOps tools like Terraform and CI/CD Pipelines.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field; or comparable experience.
