Remote Senior Software Engineer

• Design Pickle is seeking a versatile and passionate full-stack front-end Software Engineer to contribute to building the next generation of creative products.
• The role involves using a wide range of technologies, programming languages, and systems to develop software for collaboration between Design Pickle’s customers and creatives.
• The ideal candidate should possess technical, research, and analytical skills, along with the ability to efficiently deliver results.
• Entrepreneurial drive, comfort with ambiguity, and experience in building large-scale web applications for a global audience are essential for this role.
• The position reports to the Director of Engineering and involves close collaboration with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.
• The company is fully remote with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for Design Pickle's purpose of being the most helpful creative company in the world.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience with backend technology such as Ruby on Rails, Express.js, Spring, or .NET.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and analytics products (e.g., DataDog, Looker, Pendo, Amplitude, Hotjar).
• Proven track record of building highly available, scalable, and sustainable products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
