Description:
Design Pickle is seeking a versatile and passionate full-stack front-end Software Engineer to contribute to building the next generation of creative products.
The role involves using a wide range of technologies, programming languages, and systems to develop software for collaboration between Design Pickle’s customers and creatives.
The ideal candidate should possess technical, research, and analytical skills, along with the ability to efficiently deliver results.
Entrepreneurial drive, comfort with ambiguity, and experience in building large-scale web applications for a global audience are essential for this role.
The position reports to the Director of Engineering and involves close collaboration with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.
The company is fully remote with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for Design Pickle's purpose of being the most helpful creative company in the world.
7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
3+ years of experience with backend technology such as Ruby on Rails, Express.js, Spring, or .NET.
3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and analytics products (e.g., DataDog, Looker, Pendo, Amplitude, Hotjar).
Proven track record of building highly available, scalable, and sustainable products.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
