Remote Senior Software Engineer - Front End

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer - Front End position at Formstack involves collaborating with the Development and Product teams to create and maintain features for the platform.
• Responsibilities include working within a Scrum methodology, project scoping, planning, estimating, bug fixing, writing tests, reducing technical debt, and maintaining documentation.
• The role requires providing feedback through Code Reviews and coaching and mentoring other developers.
• Creating scalable and understandable code, testing it, and releasing it into production are key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer in front-end technologies, specifically React.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining a design-driven component library.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, software design patterns, and experience with Git or similar source control systems.
• Excellent collaboration skills to document requirements for project success, including remote work across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, willingness to learn new web technologies, and commitment to company values.

Benefits:
