Description:
- Design and build a state-of-the-art user experience using React to enhance UtilityAPI's product
- Collaborate with product management and design to improve UtilityAPI's UX
- Establish a scalable front-end architecture to support rapid iteration and scaling
- Mentor and guide other engineers to enhance their skills and contribute to platform improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies, provide input on prioritization and technical plans, and align team projects with overall engineering goals
- Provide feedback on the software development life cycle and other processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years using React in a production environment
- Proficiency in selecting, implementing, and deploying front-end technologies to achieve product goals
- Experience with medium to large projects, breaking them down into actionable tasks
- Ability to make proactive recommendations about code bases or software products and justify those recommendations
- Desire and experience in mentoring less experienced engineers to support their career growth
