Description:

The Senior Software Engineer (Front End) position at Ometria involves collaborating with product managers and other software engineers to design scalable, performant, and robust solutions using React.
Responsibilities include developing services in JavaScript, ensuring quality solutions through specifications and design, and testing for performance, security, and robustness of the UI.
The role also entails prioritizing data security and privacy for clients in all tasks undertaken.

Experience level in software engineering.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, LESS/CSS.
Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, and building SPAs.
Familiarity with DOM APIs, browser security, and testing tools like Cypress.
Background in functional programming approaches and micro front ends is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership qualities including contributing to team development, aligning deliverables with strategy, providing constructive feedback, and problem-solving collaboratively.
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a passion for learning about the latest technologies and market trends.
