The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a full remote working position.
The role involves embracing end-to-end responsibility for building, delivering, and evolving relevant products.
As a senior software engineer, you will work in the Product Engineering team and impact the lives of global travellers.
Key responsibilities include designing, writing, and testing high-quality software using practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID Principles.
You will create resilient, secure, and performant applications capable of serving millions of requests per day.
The position requires defining the best technical solutions and infrastructure for new features, focusing on CI/CD.
You will be responsible for the quality, performance, reliability, and scalability of the delivery.
The role involves proactively finding solutions to complex issues while considering business needs.
You will contribute to the team’s technical growth by sharing knowledge and collaborating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strong experience as a Software Engineer programming in OO/FP languages, preferably in JVM: Java or Kotlin.
Previous experience working with Clean Code, SOLID principles, and an Agile mindset is essential.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are required.
You must be able to understand business requirements and have a positive, collaborative attitude.
A growth mindset is necessary, along with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable qualifications include previous working experience in a startup or product company and experience with XP practices.
