Description:

Mysten Labs is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help create foundational infrastructure for decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies.
The role involves navigating the complexities of crypto products to enhance user trust and experience.
Key technologies used include TypeScript, Node.js, Bun, Redis, Postgres, Rust, React, Relay, Tailwind, Vite, React Native, Expo, and NativeWind.
Responsibilities include working with product, design, and frontend engineers to determine necessary APIs, developing and owning these APIs end-to-end, and launching features for wallet products.
The engineer will collaborate with product and design teams to translate visions into reality, plan and implement core features, and explore new product areas for Sui.
The role also involves updating frontend and backend architecture with modern technologies and working with the core network team to define new API functionality.
Staying current with trends and participating in technical discussions to guide architectural decisions is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in developing web apps and shipping user-facing features using JavaScript and modern JS frameworks like React.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in building APIs for consumer-facing applications is required.
Candidates should be comfortable diving deeper into the stack to fix bugs or add features that enhance the user experience.
The ability to navigate multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills are necessary to effectively partner with remote teams and discuss complex topics with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Rust and React Native is a plus, but not required.
