Description:

Next Matter is seeking an experienced, passionate Senior Software Engineer with a focus on frontend development to join their remote team in EMEA.
The role involves working cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to design and execute new and existing features while writing robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
Responsibilities include defining, scoping, and estimating work, producing technical improvements to the codebase, writing, testing, shipping, and documenting code, and debugging user-reported bugs.
The engineer will participate in code reviews and collaborate with the Engineering team to identify and solve blockers and bottlenecks.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while focusing on impactful outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Extensive professional experience in developing complex web applications using React and Redux is required.
Experience with advanced CSS using LESS, SCSS, styled components, or similar tools is necessary.
Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks and tools is essential.
Exposure to Python, Django, and the Django Rest framework is required.
Candidates should have experience working effectively in diverse, remote teams and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
