Remote Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack), Growth Product

Description:

• Found is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) for their Growth Product team.
• The team focuses on acquiring and onboarding new users for Found, including optimizing funnel conversion and building product-led growth initiatives.
• The role involves quick iterations, heavy experimentation culture, and impacting key company metrics.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, designing features with product managers, and building scalable features.
• The position requires a 70-30 split of frontend to backend development.
• Recent team accomplishments include updating onboarding architecture, launching draft payroll runs, and expanding CMS functionality.
• Technologies used include Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, MySQL, and Redis.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with backend and frontend frameworks.
• Passion for learning and growing as an engineer and team member.
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, MySQL, and Redis.
• Experience with technologies used by the team is a plus.
• Previous startup experience or demonstrated technical initiative is beneficial.
• Interest or experience in financial services, accounting, or self-employment is advantageous.
• Experience in running experiments and data analysis is a plus.
• Experience as a manager, tech lead, architect, or founding engineer is welcomed but not required.

Benefits:

• Anticipated salary range for the role is $145,000 - $225,000.
