Remote Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

Description:

• As a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) at PolicyMe, you will be responsible for building, architecting, and scaling the platform to enhance user experiences.
• You will work on creating end-to-end experiences for the web-based application to streamline the life insurance customer journey.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Set engineering standards, ensure consistency across codebases, and lead technical discussions.
• Focus on making the platform reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in React, Python, and Node, and experience in UNIX/Linux environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building products from scratch.
• Versatility in working on both frontend and backend tasks to solve problems and enhance user satisfaction.
• Track record of successfully completing projects involving various technologies and systems.
