Remote Senior Software Engineer - Growth, Matcha

Description:

• Join 0x, a remote-first and fully distributed company, as a Senior Software Engineer for Matcha, a DEX aggregator.
• Contribute to transforming global value exchange through open-source software and decentralized technology.
• Work on the development of 0x protocol, Matcha, and the 0x developer platform.
• Utilize a tech stack including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Wagmi, Viem, and CSS with Vanilla extract.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to develop a growth strategy, experiment framework, and measurements.
• Ship features that are simple, intuitive, performant, and reliable to create trustworthy user experiences.
• Stay updated on the blockchain space, ideate new experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Uphold and influence the growth engineering culture at 0x.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript, Typescript, and React.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, controlled rollouts, REST/GraphQL APIs, and CSS/HTML.
• Previous exposure to Web3/Blockchain Applications.
• Passion for decentralization and the 0x mission.
• Ability to work in a US-compatible time zone.
• Exhibit core values of doing the right thing, consistently shipping, and focusing on long-term impact.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
