The Senior Software Engineer II, Full Stack (Contact Center) position is remote and based in India.
The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions, particularly for call center applications.
Responsibilities include providing technical guidance to junior engineers, conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining technical documentation.
The engineer will also analyze and resolve complex technical issues, stay updated with industry trends, and participate in agile development processes.
Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or four years of equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Technical experience with JavaScript and its frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) is essential.
Proficiency with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL, and production JVM language experience, preferably Scala, is required.
Candidates should have experience with development tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases, as well as commercial CRM systems and integrations, is necessary.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Continuous Delivery and Integration experience, along with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks, is required.
Experience working with real-time systems, preferably call center applications, is necessary.
Proficiency with version control systems and production Kubernetes experience is required.
Candidates must have proven experience working with US-based business teams and excellent written and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work within core US business hours, particularly Eastern Standard Time (EST), is required.
A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are necessary.
