Olo is a leading SaaS platform that accelerates digital transformation in the restaurant industry by helping customers deliver personalized and profitable guest experiences.
As a Senior Full-stack engineer on the Marketing Automation team, you will architect, develop, scale, and monitor solutions across the Olo Engage marketing suite.
The software products support brands in harnessing guest data to market and engage with their guests, boosting retention and lowering acquisition costs.
You will design and build reliable solutions to complex problems at scale, plan and architect the next generation of restaurant marketing tools, and own the code and services you deploy.
Your responsibilities include assessing and resolving production incidents, mentoring team members, and providing constructive criticism to strengthen the team.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom.

Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of on-the-job development experience.
Strong experience with technologies such as Vue.js, Node.js, Typescript, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis, Microservices, and Kubernetes is required.
Experience in architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture is necessary.
You should have experience developing for highly available and horizontally scalable SaaS platforms.
Proficiency in writing unit tests and testable code, as well as working under distributed version control, is expected.
A collaborative team environment and empathy for customer needs are essential.
You should possess a product-minded approach to solving difficult problems.

You will be contracted to Olo through Deel, which handles the legal and administrative responsibilities of your employment.

The estimated compensation range for this position is £64,000 - £76,000 annually, depending on your experience.
