This position is for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Golang and Kubernetes Development.
The role focuses on deploying, managing, and optimizing blockchain clients within Kubernetes environments.
Responsibilities include developing Kubernetes Operators and Kubernetes-native applications in Golang to streamline the lifecycle management of blockchain networks.
The role emphasizes building robust, scalable, and efficient solutions to enhance the reliability and performance of blockchain infrastructure within a cloud-native ecosystem.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or software development with a focus on Kubernetes, blockchain, and cloud-native technologies.
Strong proficiency in Golang is required, with experience developing Kubernetes Operators using tools like Operator SDK or KubeBuilder.
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, including Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), controllers, schedulers, and networking is essential.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing distributed systems and complex workloads, as well as blockchain clients on Kubernetes, is necessary.
Experience with observability tools for Kubernetes environments, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms, is required.
A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving is essential, along with the ability to innovate under pressure and reduce risks and technical debt.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across teams and with various stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this position is $175,950 - $195,500 USD per year, with international ranges discussed during the hiring process.
The role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement.
