Description:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to design, build, and ship user-facing products.
They will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include architecting and implementing innovative features to enhance user experience, evaluating and improving application performance, durability, scalability, and security.
The engineer will leverage A/B Testing, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, and other best practices.
They will conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

5+ years of technical experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and React in a senior or lead role.
Proficiency with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience in database design.
Experience building and shipping web applications and supporting them in production.
Familiarity with modern web development technologies and SPA Framework.
Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Deep knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management.
Strong problem-solving skills, design and UX sensibilities, and excellent communication skills.

Competitive annual base salary ranging from $156,500 to $243,225, with adjustments based on experience and location.
Remote position with the ideal candidate residing in Eastern or Pacific Time Zone.
