The Senior Software Engineer position at Commure is focused on utilizing the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) to develop innovative web applications. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust web applications. The engineer will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of software engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define architecture and design specifications, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards. Additionally, the position requires problem-solving skills to address technical challenges, documentation of technical designs and procedures, staying updated with the latest trends in web development, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a Master's degree required.
5+ years of proven experience in full-stack web development with expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
Strong leadership skills to lead and inspire a team of software engineers.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is a plus.
