Requirements:

Experience working as a Software Engineer with Ruby on Rails.
Familiarity with technologies like TDD, Kafka, Git, JS, and Heroku.
Ability to work independently in a metrics-driven team and take ownership of results.
Experience designing backend systems and APIs with high standards of security, reliability, and usability, or building end-to-end websites.
Enjoy working in distributed teams and collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
Strong coding skills with a focus on maintainability, documentation, testing, and structure.
