Remote Senior Software Engineer (.NET, Angular) Team Lead - OP01541

Description:

• We invite a skilled and proactive Software Engineer with .NET and Angular expertise to join our team.
• You will help build and enhance a robust Payroll platform that digitalizes the payroll process and automates key HR tasks.
• In this role, you’ll provide technical guidance to a small team of developers, working together to expand the platform’s functionality and ensure accurate, efficient payroll processing for thousands of users worldwide.
• You will work with the team to enhance and maintain our payroll platform by implementing system improvements and optimizations.
• Your responsibilities will include developing and refining user-friendly frontend features to improve overall user experience, designing and developing solutions for backend and database level, and collaborating with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• You will lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing knowledgeable technical guidance, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the implementation of the best coding practices and standards.
• Additionally, you will help create clear and comprehensive documentation related to the project.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET and Angular.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, is required.
• You should have hands-on experience with integrations and a good understanding of RESTful APIs and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools, preferably Azure DevOps, is necessary.
• An upper-intermediate English level is required for effective communication.
• You must demonstrate the ability to provide technical leadership and team guidance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe, is a plus.
