Requirements:
Minimum of ten years building software in a team environment or equivalent experience.
At least six years of professional experience working on a Ruby on Rails application.
Proficiency in JavaScript and React (or similar framework).
Experience in designing data-intensive systems that are accessible, scalable, maintainable, and performant.
Ability to architect software applications to handle scaling challenges and optimize performance under increased load.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating in US time zones.
Strong belief in the company's mission, vision, and values.
