  • The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering team, focusing on building, delivering, and evolving products that impact global travelers.
  • Responsibilities include designing, writing, and testing high-quality software using practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID Principles.
  • The role involves creating resilient, secure, and performant applications capable of handling millions of requests daily.
  • The engineer will define technical solutions and infrastructure for new features, ensuring quality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • The position requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have strong experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in JVM languages such as Java or Kotlin.
  • Previous experience with Clean Code, SOLID principles, and an Agile mindset is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are required.
  • Candidates should be able to understand business requirements and possess a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • A growth mindset and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are necessary.
  • Desirable qualifications include previous experience in a startup or product company and familiarity with XP practices.
