Replicated is a Commercial Software Distribution Platform that helps software vendors distribute their applications into self-hosted environments.
The company is fully remote and open to candidates in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to every stage of building the Replicated delivery and management platform, implementing, testing, and deploying new enhancements and updates.
Engineers will work with cutting-edge technologies and emerging open source tools, including Kubernetes and Helm.
The development group is organized into pods, which are full stack teams with clear areas of ownership within the product.
The Embedded Cluster Pod is focused on building a new appliance that is easy to install, update, and manage.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and customers, mentoring team members, and participating in support and on-call rotations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have senior-level professional development experience with Go and associated tooling.
A senior-level professional experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native projects is required.
Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining API services and their respective datastores is essential.
Candidates should have experience developing and shipping software in a cloud-native, customer-facing infrastructure.
Proven ability to create impactful contributions independently and collaboratively is required.
Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and a high degree of curiosity for innovative software is expected.
