The position is for a Senior Software Engineer on the Build team, focusing on delivering value and impact in a fast-paced environment.
The engineer will work with a team of innovative thinkers to tackle challenging problems in the blockchain space.
Responsibilities include building and innovating products, designing and maintaining reliable infrastructure, influencing engineering strategy, interacting with customers for feedback, debugging issues, and improving engineering practices.

Requirements:

Experience in writing Rust and/or Go is preferred, but a solid engineering mindset is considered more valuable than specific language experience.
Experience with building large-scale distributed systems using tools like PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kinesis, ScyllaDB, RabbitMQ, etc. is required.
A passion for building products and a strong desire for learning and growth is essential.

The US base salary range for this position is $175,950 - $195,500 per year, with international ranges discussed during the hiring process.
The role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement.
