Requirements:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• The candidate must have 8+ years of professional full stack software development experience with strong proficiency in the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), UI skills, and attention to detail.
• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a tech lead, mentoring less experienced engineers in best practices, guiding engineering decisions, and providing solutions to complicated problems is necessary.
• Experience in moving from monolithic legacy solutions to modern event-driven microservices is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is needed.
• Extensive experience with event-driven microservices architecture is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is required.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Vue.js framework is necessary.
• The candidate should be willing to propose innovative solutions, even if they’re outside of the proposed tech stack or established patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively are required.
