Description:
Boclips is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their fully remote team based in the UK and Europe.
The company focuses on creating a platform for educational content, partnering with over 650 content creators to integrate videos into learning experiences.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with the team to enhance content discoverability, subscriptions, orders management, and more.

Requirements:
Must have extensive experience in building full-stack applications with back-end technologies like Kotlin/Java; familiarity with front-end technologies like React/Typescript is a bonus.
Ability to work across the technology stack and engage in both front-end and back-end development.
Strong problem-solving skills with a holistic approach, understanding business context, and providing proactive solutions.
Thrives in a collaborative environment, open to pair programming, TDD, and other Extreme Programming practices.
Advocates for high-quality code, continuous improvement, and effective communication in English.
Must be based in the UK or Europe with at least 6 hours of overlap with GMT and willing to work within GMT +/- 2 hours.
Experience with microservices and Kubernetes is a plus.
Benefits:
Salary range of £75-90k (UK-based) or equivalent in the candidate's country of residence, dependent on experience.
Discretionary annual bonus based on revenue performance.
