Description:

Replicated is a Commercial Software Distribution Platform that helps software vendors distribute their applications into self-hosted environments like VPC, on-prem, and air gap.
The company is fully remote and open to candidates in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to every stage of building the Replicated delivery and management platform, implementing, testing, and deploying new enhancements and updates.
Engineers will work with cutting-edge technologies and emerging open source tools, including Kubernetes and Helm, to build multi-premise features for ISVs and Enterprise customers.
The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and customers to iterate features from prototype to general availability.
Responsibilities include mentoring, participating in support and on-call rotations, and contributing to a culture of quality and testing.
The first 30, 60, and 90 days will involve learning about the company and product, contributing to existing initiatives, and taking leadership roles on team priorities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have senior-level professional development experience with Go and associated tooling.
Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
Experience in designing, building, and maintaining API services and their respective datastores is necessary.
Candidates should have experience developing and shipping software in a cloud-native, customer-facing infrastructure.
Proven ability to create impactful contributions independently and collaboratively is essential.
Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and a high degree of curiosity for innovative software is required.

Replicated offers a robust pay and benefits package, including a salary range of $153,500 - $206,500 depending on experience and qualifications.
