The Senior Software Engineer | Zendesk Platform will join the DOTS (Digital Operation Technology Systems) team in Brazil.
The role focuses on Zendesk configuration governance, ensuring high-quality service to customers and efficiency for agents.
Responsibilities include managing and optimizing Zendesk configurations, creating custom applications, developing integrations with other systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven track record in integrating and configuring Zendesk.
Proficiency in leveraging Zendesk's capabilities and APIs to build custom applications is required.
Experience with JScript app development, Zendesk Explore, SQL queries, and familiarity with the Wellhub Tech Stack is necessary.
Candidates should be proficient in using JIRA for task management and demonstrate knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data for customer experience improvements are essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, along with the ability to mentor junior team members.
Candidates must have advanced English language skills in writing, listening, and speaking.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
