  • The Senior Software Engineer | Zendesk Platform will join the DOTS (Digital Operation Technology Systems) team in Brazil.
  • The role focuses on Zendesk configuration governance, ensuring high-quality service to customers and efficiency for agents.
  • Responsibilities include managing and optimizing Zendesk configurations, creating custom applications, developing integrations with other systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.
  • The position requires collaboration with the team to align Zendesk work with Wellhub's mission of promoting well-being.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a proven track record in integrating and configuring Zendesk.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Zendesk's capabilities and APIs to build custom applications is required.
  • Experience with JScript app development, Zendesk Explore, SQL queries, and familiarity with the Wellhub Tech Stack is necessary.
  • Candidates should be proficient in using JIRA for task management and demonstrate knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data for customer experience improvements are essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, along with the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Candidates must have advanced English language skills in writing, listening, and speaking.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
