Description:
Capital Technology Group (CTG) is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to modernize and innovate software delivery for the federal government.
The role involves a hands-on approach in the development and implementation of solutions, with a focus on driving development and runtime analysis for optimal performance.
The Senior Solution Architect will support operations across multiple environments, ensuring system reliability and availability.
This position requires proactive identification of technical challenges and effective solutions, overseeing the execution of the technical approach for the work stream.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
Candidates must have 11+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or related languages is essential.
Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries, as well as back-end languages and JavaScript frameworks, is necessary.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), web servers (e.g., Apache, Jenkins), and UI/UX design is required.
Candidates must be able to quickly adapt to new projects and technologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Leadership and people management experience is required, with the ability to provide direction to less senior team members.
A demonstrated interest in learning new systems and technology quickly is necessary.
Candidates should be able to discuss technical tasks and team processes with team members and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills:
A background in Python and an interest in DevOps are preferred.
Experience with CI/CD, AWS, and Docker/Kubernetes is advantageous.
