Nillion is humanity’s first Blind Computer, powered by a decentralized network of nodes that enables “Blind Computation” through privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) such as multi-party computation (MPC) and homomorphic encryption (HE).
The company believes that Blind Computation will become the internet’s base layer for all private data as PETs mature.
Nillion has attracted a notable initial cohort of Blind Computation builders across various sectors including AI, DeFi, medical data, custody, wallets, and global identity.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will prototype, build, and experiment on the network.
You will be responsible for taking the current feature set on the network and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ideate, iterate, and build new use cases that address user needs.
This role is critical in bringing the product and company vision to life by accelerating internal development and expanding the potential use cases of the network.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer, ideally with proficiency in Python and JavaScript; Rust experience is favorable.
Strong proficiency in a Unix CLI environment is required.
You should have the ability to learn new technologies quickly and be adaptable to solve problems using various tools.
A highly proactive attitude and ownership of your work are essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
A collaborative working style is important for ideating towards the best solutions and decisions.
You must have a strong ability to formulate an abstract understanding of SDK (Software Development Kit) needs.
Experience or expertise in Web 3.0, Cryptography, Blockchain, or MPC in a customer-facing environment is required.
You should have experience working in several early-stage companies and be able to articulate the unique technical and business challenges of integrating third-party technologies.
