• Career Renew is recruiting for a Senior Solutions Engineer for a fully remote role, requiring candidates to be based in Europe or the US.
• The company is developing humanity’s first Blind Computer, utilizing a decentralized network of nodes for “Blind Computation” through privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) like multi-party computation (MPC) and homomorphic encryption (HE).
• The role involves prototyping, building, and experimenting on the network, while collaborating with product and engineering teams to create new use cases that address user needs.
• Responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert on the SDK, updating documentation, and supporting external partners and developers.
• The Solutions Engineer will communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, providing feedback to improve customer integration processes.
• The position requires working hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate the technology's value throughout the sales cycle, from demos to production implementation.
• The role also involves creating prototypes on the network, collaborating with the product team to understand user needs, and working with the engineering team to find solutions.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with proficiency in Python and Rust.
• Web3 experience or expertise in Cryptography, Blockchain, or MPC is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in a Unix CLI environment is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles is necessary.
• Experience working in a startup environment is mandatory.
