• Responsibilities include collaborating with perception experts to build scalable solutions, architecting and implementing state-of-the-art solutions in various domains such as sensing, machine learning, mapping, labeling, state estimation, localization, calibration, and performance.
• The role requires developing production-quality software in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Robotics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have significant (10+ years) prior experience in one or more relevant domains related to autonomous vehicles.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in C++ or Python software development is necessary.
• A proven track record of product development culminating in successful launches or releases is essential.
• A Master's degree plus 8 years of experience or a PhD plus 5 years of experience in Robotics, ECE, Computer Science, or a related field is considered a plus.
• Experience in technical leadership, taking products or large features from research to consumer release, is also desirable.
