Description:

• The Senior Technical Writer-Engineer position at Tyk involves creating user-centric technical content such as guides, best practices, and feature documentation.

• The Senior Technical Writer will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of documentation and contributing to a quarterly documentation roadmap.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a proven engineering background and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and APIs.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools like Git, GitHub, Markdown, Hugo, Algolia, and JavaScript is required.
• Extensive experience in writing technical content for developers, SaaS, and B2B products is essential.
• Strong skills in content design, stakeholder management, and developer advocacy are necessary.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.
