Remote Senior TypeScript Engineer - Web3js (CET/EST)

Description:

• ChainSafe is seeking a passionate and proactive Senior TypeScript Developer to work on the infrastructure for Web3, specifically the Web3.js library.
• The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple Ethereum-focused projects and contribute to the team's success by maintaining the Web3.js library, which has over 2 million downloads per month.
• Responsibilities include actively participating in discussions to suggest improvements, reviewing and testing teammates' code, providing feedback on design decisions, developing compliant and optimized code, and staying updated on the latest Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs).

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in tech companies and shipping software through the complete software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript programming language, including paradigms, constructs, and idioms.
• Excellent debugging skills and the ability to conduct thorough code reviews.
• Experience in contributing to open-source projects and knowledge of best practices, patterns, and software development principles.
