Rev is seeking a talented Senior UI Developer to join their dynamic Engineering team in Austin, TX.
The role involves leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver outstanding digital experiences for users of the VoiceHub product.
The UI Developer will play a key role in front-end development, ensuring seamless collaboration between Engineering and Product teams.
This position is designed for a highly experienced front-end engineer who can bridge the gap between design and implementation.
Responsibilities include leading front-end engineering for new and existing products, collaborating with various teams, providing technical leadership, translating user needs into UI solutions, conducting code reviews, staying updated on front-end technologies, and optimizing user experience.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on UI architecture and design collaboration.
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like Sass or Less is necessary.
Experience working with design systems and collaborating with UX/UI designers is essential.
A strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design techniques is required.
Familiarity with front-end build tools and testing frameworks is expected.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across teams are crucial.
Proven experience in driving complex projects from concept to delivery is necessary.
Extra impressive qualifications include experience with accessibility best practices, exposure to back-end technologies, and experience in SaaS or AI/voice technology environments.
