The company is seeking an experienced senior web designer to join their in-house design team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for web design, be familiar with the latest design trends, and possess strong time and management skills.
Responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and improving various websites and landing pages, collaborating with team members from different departments, and creating ad hoc social media graphics.
The candidate should stay updated on the company's products and web design trends.

Requirements:

A minimum of six years of working experience in a design environment, preferably in web design.
A deep understanding of design and website building software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Webflow.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
Organizational and time-management skills are necessary to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work independently in a remote setting with team members across different time zones is required.
Familiarity with coding for the web (CSS, Javascript, HTML5) is preferred but not crucial.
Understanding of Blockchain technology and Web3 is a plus.
Knowledge of Hubspot integrations and animation/3D software such as Rive and Maxon C4D is also preferred.
