Description:

prePO is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems.
The backend tech stack includes TypeScript, NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Viem.
Responsibilities include making high-level decisions on backend architecture, writing clean and reusable code, collaborating with various teams, and working with autonomy.
The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with significant ownership.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer.
Advanced knowledge of the backend tech stack, devops, infra, and Solidity smart contract engineering is required.
Strong skills in writing comprehensive backend test suites, familiarity with design patterns, and security best practices are necessary.
Excellent technical communication skills, understanding of economics and finance, and practical knowledge of the DeFi and broader crypto landscape are essential.
Collaboration experience within an engineering team and code review expertise are expected.
