Description:

Mysten Labs is creating foundational infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies.
The role involves building smart contracts and applications on the blockchain, requiring integration beyond just writing contracts in Move.
Data on-chain is critical for evaluating application behavior and building monitoring and data analysis.
The position includes presenting and evangelizing the platform while interacting with the community to collect requirements and enhance the Move core platform.
The candidate will work on a platform aimed at improving the programming experience for SUI through concrete applications and solutions.
Responsibilities include building packages and smart contracts for the core framework, understanding the entire blockchain solution stack, and designing evolutions of programmability.
The role also involves ideating and building tooling to enhance SUI programmability.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields is required.
Proficiency in Rust and TypeScript is necessary.
A good understanding of programming languages is essential, with experience in the space being a significant advantage.
Experience with tooling in IDE-style applications and system programmability, such as database programming, is welcomed.
Skills in data manipulation and integration are required.
An understanding of blockchain programming is also a plus.
