Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in smart contract development, with deep expertise in Ethereum, EVM, and smart contract security.
• Proficiency in smart contract development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, and Truffle is required.
• A strong understanding of gas optimization, storage management, and Solidity design patterns is essential.
• Experience with DeFi protocols, cross-chain solutions, and on-chain data structures is necessary.
• Exposure to Rust smart contract development (Substrate/Solana) or a strong interest in learning is preferred.
• The ability to conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement fixes is required.
• Experience in high-growth startups or agile development environments is a plus.
