Description:

ProSidian is seeking a Software Applications Developer for the Transportation Safety sector, located in the United States, with remote work options available.
The role involves providing solutions for the National Survey of Attitudes and Beliefs on Driving, Drinking, and Drug Use for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
The Software Applications Developer will design, create, and maintain software applications, including surveys, to enhance project efficacy.
Responsibilities include conceptualizing and constructing applications tailored to project requirements, demonstrating proficiency in modern software technologies, collaborating with project teams, testing and debugging software, and contributing to the enhancement of digital components.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
Candidates must have demonstrated mastery of programming languages and software development methodologies, including experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software.
A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly in creating user-friendly applications and systems, is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges are essential.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to interact with clients at all levels.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
