SquareDash.com is a tech-enabled services company headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, specializing in managed and outsourced billing services and claim funding for contractors in the roofing and restoration industry.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team.
This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end web development and a passion for building scalable and reliable solutions with a well-designed UI and intuitive UX.
The developer will play a key role in enhancing our proprietary platform, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to build and maintain scalable solutions, developing API integrations with third-party services, designing and optimizing database schemas, ensuring a user-friendly interface, troubleshooting technical issues, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have full stack development experience and a strong understanding of modern web technologies.
Several years of experience using the GitHub development platform and CI/CD solutions based on GitHub Actions is required.
Experience with monitoring and code quality toolsets such as Sentry.io, SonarQube, and GitHub Dependabot is necessary.
Proficiency in AWS and serverless technologies such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, CloudFront, RDS/PostgreSQL, and S3 is essential.
Candidates should be proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, and have experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges is expected.
Candidates should thrive in collaborative environments and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality using automated testing methods, such as Test Driven Development, are important.
Familiarity with fintech or the roofing industry is a plus, as is experience using Stripe APIs for payment processing.
Continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and cloud platform services is encouraged.

Competitive compensation is provided, with On Target Earnings for the role ranging between $140k - $200k, depending on experience and performance.
