Description:
The Software Engineer will own small-to-medium integration projects from discovery to deployment, partnering with Product, clients, and Implementation to ship pragmatic solutions.
The role involves debugging and resolving issues autonomously, escalating only when truly blocked.
The engineer must communicate progress and blockers early and often through tickets, stand-ups, and async updates to provide total visibility to the team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include reviewing peers’ pull requests, upholding coding standards, and sharing knowledge to elevate overall code quality.
The engineer will identify friction in day-to-day workflows and propose concrete process or tooling improvements to maintain efficiency.
This position is back-end focused and requires experience with TypeScript.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a heavy product-oriented mindset.
The ability to debug and work on issues independently is essential.
Collaboration with other teams to complete tasks is required.
Candidates should be capable of owning end-to-end projects.
Previous experience working with integrations is a plus.
