Remote Software Engineer: Crypto Trading

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Software Engineer developer to support the growth of infrastructure based on an evolving technology stack.
• Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and architects to plan and develop new features, integrate liquidity sources, and structure financial systems.
• Engaging in technical discussions with the Architect to contribute expertise for iterating the global architecture.
• Supporting the implementation, setup, and deployment of trading algorithms.
• Assisting product managers in planning technical solutions and making trade-offs with a bigger roadmap in mind.
• Mentoring other Engineering members and actively participating in code reviews.
• Reviewing performance metrics and data analysis to optimize activities.
• Ensuring processes are well documented.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of back-end coding experience in languages like C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
• Essential experience with Rust.
• Familiarity or interest in Trading and financial markets.
• Familiarity with trading algorithms in orderbooks.
• Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
• Nice to have: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in DeFi, Web3, or a DAO.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS.
• Nice to have: Experience with non-EVM chains.
• Preference for candidates based in the Europe time zone.
