Description:
Build and expand Aura's AWS infrastructure to support the growing user base and engineering team.
Identify repetitive tasks and create tools to automate them, simplifying complex processes.
Develop tools and policies for engineers to access systems securely and comply with regulations.
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new infrastructure and tools for product features.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for the Aura platform.
Manage and optimize cloud resources to control costs and enhance efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system alerts promptly.
Create and maintain disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
Requirements:
Expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters, preferably AWS EKS.
Experience in building and maintaining AWS infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools, preferably Plumi.
Familiarity with events-based architecture and platforms like SNS, SQS, EventBridge, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery systems, with a preference for Github Actions.
Skilled in building and maintaining Docker images.
Proficiency in a high-level programming/scripting language, preferably Python and TypeScript.
Knowledge of serverless architecture and tools like AWS Lambda, Serverless Framework, CloudFunctions.
Experience with Vercel and data pipeline infrastructure like Airflow.
Familiarity with monitoring tools, with a preference for Datadog.
Strong team collaboration skills and a passion for developing features collaboratively.
