The position of Software Engineer involves implementing features in web applications and back-end loan origination services.
Responsibilities include maintaining high code quality, reducing technical debt, focusing on delivering high-impact initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring customer success.
The role also involves defining technical strategy, working in a collaborative environment, and contributing to architectural design.
Kiavi is looking for frontend, backend, and full stack engineers with 2+ years of professional experience, who are team players, product-focused, problem solvers, great communicators, self-driven, impact-oriented, and have leadership skills.
Nice to have skills include proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, experience with React, GraphQL, Next.js, Rails, Node.js, Kafka, Postgres, Redis, and service-oriented architecture.
The role will be part of the Instant Decision team, focusing on improving loan origination processes and transitioning from a monolithic application to a set of services and web applications.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
