Remote Software Engineer for AI Training Data (Python)

Description:

• Seeking Developers for project-specific roles focused on reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).

Requirements:

• Software engineers with 4+ years of experience.
• Must be willing to work using Swift, but previous Swift experience is not required.
• Applicants accepted from the US, Canada, most countries in LATAM and Europe, some countries in Africa and Asia.
• Expected to work 15+ hours a week.
• Strong performers will adapt to project urgency and stay engaged.
• Ability to evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and write efficient code.
• Write robust test cases to confirm code effectiveness.
• Solve coding challenges and create instructions for others.
• Review code before it goes into the model.
• Must complete a 3.5-hour screening and onboarding process.
