Remote Software Engineer - Frontend - React TypeScript - Business Platform

Description:

• Ailevate is seeking a Front-End Engineer for their newly formed Business Platform team to enhance the user experience of their internal platform managing customer accounts, licensing, and production environments.
• The role involves designing and implementing high-performance interfaces using React Query, TypeScript, MobX, Tanstack Router, and Vite, as well as building interactive data visualizations.
• The engineer will transform complex datasets into intuitive, actionable UI components that provide operational clarity.
• Collaboration with the Product Design team, backend engineers, and product leaders is essential to create responsive and accessible interfaces that streamline workflows.
• The engineer will work within the Design System to create reusable design components, improving development delivery and efficiency.
• This hands-on role directly impacts how Ailevate delivers and supports its AI-powered solutions, with the potential to evolve into a lead developer position.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building production-grade front ends.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript is required, along with fluency in SPA patterns.
• A strong command of modern data/state tools such as React Query, MobX, and Tanstack Router is necessary.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs and real-world schemas is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
• A confident understanding of accessibility (WCAG), performance tuning, and testing is required.
• A collaborative mindset is important, as the role involves close work with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
• A strong ownership mentality is expected, with the ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
