Description:

  • The Software Engineer position is for the GenAI team in Brazil, focusing on generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and API integrations.
  • The role involves designing, developing, and implementing generative AI applications, working with large language models, and conducting research on advancements in generative AI.
  • Responsibilities include developing and optimizing RAG systems, designing APIs for AI models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, Java, C, or C++ are necessary.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies and API development and integration is required.
  • Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work efficiently on scalable and distributed projects and adapt quickly to new technologies is essential.
  • Proven experience in building reliable minimum viable products and pilots in a short timeframe is preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include a PhD in a related field, familiarity with generative AI frameworks, cloud platforms, data engineering, machine learning frameworks, and experience with Kubernetes.
