The Software Engineer position is for the GenAI team in Brazil, focusing on generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and API integrations.
The role involves designing, developing, and implementing generative AI applications, working with large language models, and conducting research on advancements in generative AI.
Responsibilities include developing and optimizing RAG systems, designing APIs for AI models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, Java, C, or C++ are necessary.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies and API development and integration is required.
Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Ability to work efficiently on scalable and distributed projects and adapt quickly to new technologies is essential.
Proven experience in building reliable minimum viable products and pilots in a short timeframe is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include a PhD in a related field, familiarity with generative AI frameworks, cloud platforms, data engineering, machine learning frameworks, and experience with Kubernetes.
