Description:

  • Immutable, a global technology company, is seeking a Software Engineer (Hub) to join their Platform Engineering team in Australia, APAC, Asia, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Tokyo, or Sydney.
  • The role involves empowering builders to launch and scale on Immutable zkEVM seamlessly, streamlining workflows, reducing integration errors, and bridging the gap between Web3 and Web2.
  • Responsibilities include accelerating customer speed-to-launch, improving integration transparency and error handling, enhancing developer experience with intuitive tools, and scaling service offerings.
  • The Software Engineer will collaborate with internal teams, engage with customers, conduct research, and develop self-service tools for developers.
  • Candidates do not need blockchain experience but should possess solid engineering principles, good communication skills, and a passion for learning.
  • The role offers exposure to Web3 development, collaboration in a team environment, and operational excellence for the services owned by the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer with front-end expertise.
  • Proficiency in building full-stack applications/web development using TypeScript or similar, delivering production-quality code.
  • Ability to research and explore problems, make optimal decisions, and understand customers' end-to-end journey.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture, cloud-based technologies, and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
