Description:
Spring Health is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team and contribute to their mental health solution for employers and health plans.
The role involves designing and expanding the capabilities of the API (Ruby on Rails) and web front ends/app (React) to screen, diagnose, and provide care for patients.
Responsibilities include building UI components, advocating for application stack improvements, and making decisions on system architecture.
Success in this role is defined by maintaining system quality, optimizing engineering efficiency, successful project delivery, effective cross-functional collaboration, independent work proficiency, and iterative learning and experimentation.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of professional development experience, proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, and Typescript, and familiarity with Docker & AWS.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,250, stock options, and benefits.
Requirements:
2-4 years of professional development experience.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
Experience with React and Typescript.

Bonus points for GraphQL API design experience.
Comfortable working on an agile team and eager to learn new technologies.
Familiarity with test-driven development and pair programming.
